Welcome to The Haven! I’m Bre King, co-founder of EmpowHer Haven Health Hub.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and dental leadership as both an RN and operations expert, I’ve seen firsthand how often talented Patient Experience Teams are under-trained and overwhelmed.
My journey began at the front desk of an oncology practice — answering phones, comforting patients, and realizing how powerful that first point of contact truly is. From receptionist to billing, to office manager, to consulting and opening large DSOs, every step revealed one truth: when your team feels supported and skilled, everything changes.

I’ve spent over 15 years leading teams across dental and medical practices, from small offices to large multi-site operations — and one thing has never changed: people are the heartbeat of every successful practice.
